Who We Are
Hi, my name is Alex, I started Black Mammoth holsters at the beginning of 2023. I love firearms and everything there is about them. Shot my first gun when I was 5 years old and have been hooked ever since.
I built my first holster some time in 2014. It was for my S&W M&P 9mm, I used my mom store to heat the Kydex and formed the holster with a cut up camping sleeping mat in a makeshift press with quick clamp and wood planks. I didn’t even use tape on the gun, I wrapped it in tin foil . As you can see, it came out like shit. From left to right 1st holster was 2014, 2nd was 2015, 3rd was like last week in 2023. Big changes.
I messed with kydex holsters and other kydex creations. but I’m 2022 I really got into it. Made a holster that came out a lot better then anything I ever made before. Wheels started turning, I started watch youtube videos and decided to just go all out, Get an LLC and bust out holsters. Bought the correct tools and the quality of the holsters sky rocketed.
Fast forward to present day and I’m producing great quality holsters for all your pistol or magazine needs. What’s in the future for Black Mammoth Holsters? Honestly, I do not know, I’m just having fun and seeing where this take me. Join me on this journey and buy some rad holsters!
